These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the par92 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account facilities. 3.1 Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the par92 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, CNIC numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. par92 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate all balances held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.
3.2 At the point of registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, their Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by par92. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 par92 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Players will be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed and may be required to complete verification prior to certain deposit thresholds being reached. Standard KYC documentation includes a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of current address dated within the last three months, and documentary evidence of the payment method used for deposits.
3.4 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication device. par92 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to par92 customer support immediately.
3.5 par92 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 par92 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and designated retail cash agents. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.5 par92 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from and all withdrawals must be directed to payment accounts that are registered in the Player's own name and match the verified identity on the par92 Account.
4.6 par92 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where the deposit amount is significant. This requirement forms part of par92's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
5.1 par92 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer in addition to these general Terms.

Detection of such activity will result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
7.1 Sports betting markets on par92, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other events, are governed by these general Terms as well as par92's Sports Betting Rules, which are published on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.
7.2 par92 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or void entire events at any time where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, confirmed or suspected match-fixing, insufficient liquidity, or where an outcome has become a certainty before the relevant event has concluded by its normal means.
7.3 In-play or live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. par92 accepts no liability for losses arising from delays between live events and the Platform's display of in-play odds. 9.2 Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in, at par92's sole discretion: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, confiscation of Account balances including Real Money Balance where legally permissible, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and legal action to recover damages suffered by par92 as a result of the prohibited conduct.
10.1 All content on the par92 Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, sound files, design elements, text content, trademarks, logos, and user interface elements, is the property of par92 or its licensed third-party game and content suppliers. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from par92.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence is revocable at any time by par92 and does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
11.1 par92 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While par92 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, par92 does not warrant that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, par92's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their par92 Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 par92 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even where par92 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 par92 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's reliance on any game statistics, odds, or market information displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to third-party data provider errors.
12.1 A Player may request the closure of their par92 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon verification of the closure request, par92 will process any remaining withdrawable Real Money Balance to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timeframes and the absence of any pending compliance review.
12.2 par92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory compliance requirements, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe, or where par92 determines that continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.3 Upon Account closure initiated by par92 for cause, par92 may withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to the outcome of any applicable compliance review and after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to par92.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which par92's operator entity is incorporated, as specified in par92's gaming licence documentation. 14.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they should request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
